- organises and ensures the implementation of your preventive maintenance programmes
- conducts a remote diagnosis with you and proposes the most appropriate curative solution
- organises a visit by one of its travelling technicians to address your most urgent needs, throughout France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland
- organises the transfer of your equipment in the rare event that it cannot be repaired on-site
