Comfort and safety for the newborn
At birth, a baby must fully learn to manage its body temperature. This is an especially critical transition period for babies born prematurely.
Particularly attentive to the comfort and safety of the child during hospital transfers, Médipréma has developed an insulating cover for transport.
The insulated cover provided for the Nite transport incubator increases its performance by isolating it from the cold and surrounding light, which are sources of aggression for the newborn.
A window on the front and on the top keeps the visibility of the child during transport. The 4 sides can be raised independently to better see the child without completely uncovering the incubator.
The closure is hermetic with 4 Velcro strips on the sides and the opening is facilitated in the event of an emergency intervention.
The insulated cover provides additional comfort to the newborn in the Nite incubator, and reassures caregivers concerned about thermal amplitudes during transport.
